Aazhganan Project

The need for free and accessible diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) work is paramount, especially for youth and individuals without access to post-secondary education. DE&I initiatives are the cornerstone of building equitable societies, but they must be readily available to all, irrespective of their background or educational status. Youth, in particular, are the torchbearers of our future, and providing them with accessible DE&I resources equips them with the knowledge and tools to shape a more inclusive world. Likewise, individuals without access to higher education often face systemic barriers that limit their opportunities for personal growth and awareness. By offering free and accessible DE&I services, we bridge these gaps, empowering marginalized communities, and ensuring that everyone has the chance to participate in the critical conversations that will shape our collective future.

The ” Aazhganan Project” aims to create that accessibility for community members as well as bridging the gap between Indigenous and other racialized community.
